I absolutely loved the first two books and was anxiously awaiting to read the final book of this trilogy. I will preface by saying that I love Nora Roberts and everything that she writes. I inhaled the first two books; I read them in a day. I waited six long months for the release of the third book - The Pagan Stone. With that being said, I hate to say this, but I was a little disappointed. I can't put my finger on one particular thing, but this book didn't grab me like Blood Brothers and The Hollow. I thought there would be more leading up to the big showdown with the Big Evil and there wasn't. I found it anti-climatic and rushed. Gage was my least favorite from the beginning so that may be one of the reasons why I wasn't feeling the book. I still love the trilogy but out of the 3, The Pagan Stone was my least favorite.
