I am a sucker for stories where the heroine had a teenage crush on her older brother's hot best friend. There's nothing like a story about finally able to get your guy. So I already knew that I was going to like Talk Me Down. The story was cute and at times hot but not hot enough, in my opinion. I downloaded the book to my Kindle and was done reading it a few hours later. The only issue that I had was Molly's reasoning for keeping her profession a secret. She made it sound like writing erotica was just as salacious as hooking on a street corner. But the story does take place in a small town so I had to consider what "small town" minds would think having an erotic romance writer in their midst. I loved Molly's sense of humor and she had me chuckling several times. I was afraid that the stalker plotline would detract from the budding romance between Ben and Molly and take the book in a weird direction. Fortunately, it didn't. Talk Me Down was a quick and enjoyable read. I look forward to reading more books by this author.
