I added this book to my to-read list after reading First Time, Forever by Burn. A blogger and fellow tweeter told me to reaad Cop Out stat! so I heeded her advice and purchased the ebook and started reading immediately.I really liked this book. Kurt and Davy's relationship was beautifully and wonderfully written. They both bonded over the loss of Ben. I loved how Kurt took care of Davy and helped him through the mourning process by just being there and being his friend. The story is told from Kurt's POV so we see his attraction to Kurt grow and his struggle with it. Kurt has always thought of himself as a straight guy but as he spends more time with Davy and their friendship grows, Kurt finds himself becoming sexually attracted to him. I felt that Kurt's struggle was handled wonderfully and the fall out from him acting on his attraction heartbreaking.Cop Out is a very emotional story but it is also very sexy. The sex scenes were uber-hot and erotic. I thoroughly enjoyed the novella and will be reading more by this author.
