The Flesh Cartel #2: Auction
I don't even know how to rate this novella. The subject matter is disturbing. The torture that Mat and Dougie experience makes me uncomfortable. I kept thinking, I'd rather die than go through this. But they both soldier through, brother for brother. But is being alive and being a slave worth it? There's no way to be 'happy'. There's no escape. I feel this is all headed in a very, very bad direction and I don't know if I want to be along that ride.
