Marriage of convenience is hard to pull off in contemporary romance but Karen Erickson pulls it off wonderfully in Game for Marriage.Sheridan and Jared have an instant sexual connection and act on it almost immediately. I loved that Sheridan gave into the attraction and didn't beat herself up for it. We need more women in romance to own their sexuality. There's nothing wrong with it! Jared is sexy and cocky, but completely likable. I loved how he was the one trying to stick to the rules of the arrangement and Sheridan was the one who was trying to tempt him.There are no surprises in this book. Jared and Sheridan eventually fall in love, there's the inevitable conflict and groveling for both characters. And that's okay. Because I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was fun, hot and oh so sexy. Jared and Sheridan are likable as well as the supporting characters.I'm definitely looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
